Our website and services are operated by Yuca Design, registered in Ireland.

2. Our Services

Yuca provides design as a service through monthly subscriptions or project-based engagements (e.g., sprints).

All work begins once payment is received or agreed in writing. Deliverables, timelines, and communication methods (e.g., Slack, email, project tools) are defined per client agreement.

We reserve the right to update, pause, or modify our service offerings at any time.

3. Payments & Subscriptions

• Payments are processed securely via third-party platforms such as Stripe or ManyRequests.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date.
• Clients may cancel or pause their subscription at any time through their billing portal.
• Refunds are not guaranteed after work has started, except at our discretion or if specifically stated in a trial or promotional offer.
